Burgers that were pure perfection – with bacon and cheese taking them to the next level! The atmosphere added a nice touch, and the service was top-notch. Kudos to the super friendly and helpful gentleman who made the experience even better!

Been here before, it has been awhile. Good burgers, overpriced. Stopped by 12/29 to fill my craving - regret it. Ordered the CEO, extra sauce ($2 extra charge which I have no problem paying). $17.50 burger Burger showed up with barely any sauce at all. If you are going to overcharge for food and add a surcharge for extra condiments at the least you should get the order accurate and provide what the customer paid extra for. Rising prices, nickel and diming customers raises our expectations and holds establishments to a higher level of service/ food. You failed. Very nice staff, offered me the burger for free after but I had no interest. Free goods will not buy my patronage or understanding. Never going back to any location- plenty of options for overpriced food in Northern Virginia.

Decent place with above average food. The onion rings were terrific and the burgers weren't bad. The dining room was clean and inviting with an upbeat atmosphere. Service was sort of nonexistent as I ordered from a kiosk, got my own ketchup, napkins, and soda, then bussed my own table after. That didn't stop there from being a screen at the kiosk to add a tip to my order though. This isn't any employees fault but honestly, what am I tipping for? I literally did everything but make the food myself; so that part is annoying as hell. The real downside was the restroom. It wasn't filthy, but it certainly wasn't clean either and smelled like a porta potty on a hot summer day Overall I'd probably go back to try some of the other burgers, it's above average but not great and a little on the high end in terms of cost, for what it is.

Why did I wait so long to finally try this place? These are the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! You know a burger is good when it’s just cheese and bun and you’re happy BUT the truffle fries are DELIGHTFUL as well! The NY dog is spot on as is the chicken! I can’t wait to try more items!

I’m not cheap, but a 12 dollar burger with nothing else is scalpery and skullduggery. It would have cost more than $20 for a SMALL fry and a small drink. The burger was basically falling apart before I even picked it up. The company then just asks me to email them my complaint.

The food was good, but the service was disappointing. The screens used to place your order are incredibly laggy (it took about 10 minutes to place an order for two people). Also, my friend (whose order was placed before mine), waited for half an hour, asked multiple times about his food, and was eventually told that the restaurant forgot to make his order. After around 45 minutes of waiting, they refunded his order instead of making the food.

These are the best burgers I've ever had. This location has great service. They are all really nice! Great to have the beach across the way, too. The onion rings are also amazing.

Used to love coming here. I asked the manager politely if she could please change her gloves before making my burger. I noticed her touching, counters, soda machines, chairs, the kitchen door, a table etc with the gloves she had on. The attitude I received was just astonishing. Burgers were great though, but not good enough to deal with that again... .
